MAR-9 camos in MW4
The MAR-9 has 18 camos on its own track: eight Military camos from weapon level 10 to 69 (of 73 levels), three Special camos, Gold, Platinum and Harmonic Break, and four Pyroclast camos for Weapon Prestige.
About the MAR-9
Activision describes the MAR-9 as semi-auto marksman rifle with high-power precision and moderate recoil for medium to long range. Its Apex Attachment, the MAR-9 Auto, fully automatic Bruen conversion with a high fire rate and more stopping power than the semi-auto original. The MAR-9 takes 10 attachment types (optic, muzzle, barrel, trigger action, underbarrel, magazine, rear grip, stock, laser, and ammunition). Camos are equipped in Create a Class, under Edit Custom Class and Camo Select.

Military camos
Military camos unlock by reaching a weapon level, in Multiplayer or DMZ, and the level differs by weapon. On the MAR-9 the first comes at level 10, the same as the median first level for marksman rifles. The gaps between camos run from 6 levels (before Military Camo 7) to 11 levels (before Military Camo 8), 8.4 on average. Its last Military camo sits at 95% of its levels, the third lowest share among the 3 marksman rifles; the lowest is the Oris 8.6 at 87%.

Special camos
The MAR-9 has three Special camos, each with its own challenge: Mangrove, Fungal Grid, and White. The challenges open at weapon levels 26, 49, and 73, the last at the 73-level maximum. Complete a challenge once and the camo can be used on every weapon.

Completionist camos
Gold, Platinum and Harmonic Break come after all Military and Special camos on a weapon. Platinum and Harmonic Break use the challenge of the weapon's class, so every marksman rifle has the same two. Platinum on the MAR-9 also needs Gold on every other marksman rifle: Oris 8.6 and Mosin-Nagant.
