The Astaroth .57 has 18 camos on its own track: eight Military camos from weapon level 10 to 48 (of 54 levels), three Special camos, Gold, Platinum and Harmonic Break, and four Pyroclast camos for Weapon Prestige.
About the Astaroth .57
Activision describes the Astaroth .57 as heavy sniper rifle firing supersonic rounds; one clean hit is meant to end the fight. Its Apex Attachment, the Astaroth .57 Infiltrator, sonar and radio-wave pulses detect enemies through cover and behind walls (limited penetration). The Astaroth .57 takes 7 attachment types (optic, muzzle, barrel, rear grip, stock, laser, and ammunition). Camos are equipped in Create a Class, under Edit Custom Class and Camo Select.

Military camos
Military camos unlock by reaching a weapon level, in Multiplayer or DMZ, and the level differs by weapon. On the Astaroth .57 the first comes at level 10, the same as the median first level for sniper rifles. The gaps between camos run from 5 levels (before Military Camo 2) to 6 levels (before Military Camo 4), 5.4 on average. Special camos
The Astaroth .57 has three Special camos, each with its own challenge: Dry Brush, Backcountry, and Dread Plague. The challenges open at weapon levels 20, 37, and 54, the last at the 54-level maximum. Complete a challenge once and the camo can be used on every weapon.

Completionist camos
Gold, Platinum and Harmonic Break come after all Military and Special camos on a weapon. Platinum and Harmonic Break use the challenge of the weapon's class, so every sniper rifle has the same two. Platinum on the Astaroth .57 also needs Gold on every other sniper rifle: KG-7 Vulcan and Signal 50.
