## Notes on weapons

### JOKR

[JOKR stats and attachments](https://codloadout.gitlab.io/mw4/weapons/jokr/)

- Infrared mode is temporarily disabled to mitigate an exploit. Infinity Ward calls it a short-term mitigation that will be reverted when a full fix is ready.

## Other values that changed

Values outside the weapon tables that the notes print with a before or an after number.

*Non-weapon values with before and after numbers*

| Area | Item | Before | After | Change |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| DMZ | Sedative Inhaler duration | 60 seconds | 120 seconds | increased 100% |
| DMZ | Truce Flag cooldown | 180 seconds | 60 seconds | decreased 66.7% |

## Other changes in the notes

Short summaries of the rest of the notes, by area. Bug fixes are grouped and not every one is listed. The official notes have the complete text.

### Global

- Fixed several stability and crash issues across all modes.
- Movement: the notes say a temporary exploit mitigation was reverted and print this sentence: "Reverted a temporary exploit mitigation that restores the 23% of dive's intended velocity." The October 28 notes had reduced dive velocity by 23% as a short-term measure.
- Movement: fixed an issue that let players go from prone to standing without the intended animations. Infinity Ward says these server-side fixes add minor visual animation bugs that will be resolved in a future update.

### Campaign

- Fixed an issue where the Hits Different Finishing Move could fail to unlock after its requirements were completed.

### Multiplayer

- Improved the After Death Damage widget: a simpler colour scheme, and left and right body parts are identified separately.
- Adjusted some spawn logic in Shipment, described as a first pass. Closed out-of-bounds exploits on Sentry and Mumbai.
- Reduced the brightness and opacity of Death Skull icons on the HUD.
- Free for All now uses Final Killcam instead of Best Play. Infinity Ward is working on voice chat outside parties for a later update.
- Fixed a tree visual issue on Mumbai, the centre dot staying visible during Weapon Inspections with a bright laser attachment, Loaded Challenge tracking for Cash Mastery in Inflation, and Ground War: Combat Outpost challenge progress counting destroyed friendly vehicles.

### DMZ

- UAV tower spawns are randomized and reduced by 40%. The notes say this no longer guarantees one UAV tower per point of interest and stops several towers spawning in one area. Deadtown is the exception because DMZ Order progression requires it.
- The Sedative Inhaler does not currently hide a player from UAV towers activated by enemy Operators with the UAV Upgrade trait. Infinity Ward plans to address this in a Season 1 update.
- Fixed an incorrect UAV Tower objective status after a recapture or with the Extended Duration Trait, retired Active Duty Operators not saving, SAM Site captures after another squad abandoned one, and Operator's Bounty progress resetting between deployments. Closed several exploits.

### Season 1

- Infinity Ward says the Season 1 patch notes will be available later that week, ahead of launch on Thursday, November 5 at 9pm PT.

## Names this site does not match to a weapon

- "KG-9": The "Recently updated" list says "Fixed an issue with the KG-9 Drill Charge Apex Attachment." The launch weapon list has no KG-9. The KG-7 Vulcan's Apex Attachment is called Drillcharge in the launch weapons post, but the notes do not say they mean it, so the fix is not matched to a weapon.

## What this update does not say

- The notes print no units for damage ranges, damage values and damage multipliers.
- Values the notes do not list are unknown here. A weapon missing from the tables was not listed as changed.
- Where a row has no before or no after number, the notes print none and no percent is calculated.
